Here is how you use Facebook Groups to find the questions your audience is asking.
The first step is to find Facebook Groups where your audience hangs out. If your product has to do with skincare, find groups by searching for “skincare” or “aging” or “wrinkles”. You can click on each group that appears in your search. Look for:
- How many members are in the group?
- When the last post was?
- How many posts per day?
Make sure you are selecting active groups to join.
Now that you have joined the groups, you can use the same keywords to find questions people are asking. See what they’re talking about, what they’re frustrated about, worried about, what keeps them up at night.
You can use the research to create an incredible lead magnet that serves them. Or create a video tutorial, blog post, social media posts. The possibilities are endless!
