  • These are great tips to dial back in and keep the focus simple. What are your thoughts on the ROI on the Google+ and Periscope platforms? Is it better to put focus on Blab now that Katch.me, the platform for capturing user data has closed and cannot be used in conjunction with Periscope?

  • Thank you, Rhonda, for your questions.

For Google+ – even though it never took off as a popular Social Media platform for Google, it is still a good idea to post there for SEO. Google is the top Search Engine and they do factor in Google+ posts in to their algorithms for searches.

Periscope is a great tool, but I have found that you won’t gain much traction unless you are scoping frequently. Once per day is ideal. You also need to watching other scopes and giving “hearts” and sharing others scopes with your following. You can save the scopes to your device: https://help.periscope.tv/customer/portal/articles/2017803-how-do-i-save-my-broadcast-to-my-device-.

As for Blab, there are people using it, but Periscope and Facebook Live is where people are at watching livestreams.

I hope you find this info helpful.
