3 Types of Content to Include in Your Email Sequence

Every online business owner knows that email marketing is essential to driving traffic and conversions. But not everyone knows how to create an email sequence that will actually engage their subscribers. If you’re struggling to develop email content that will get your readers’ attention, never fear! Here are three types of content you can include in your email sequence that is sure to keep your subscribers engaged.

1. Topical Content

One type of content you can include in your email sequence is topical content. This is content that’s timely and relevant to what’s happening in the world around us. For example, if you are a mindset coach, you might want to include an article about how a mindset coach differs from a therapist. This type of content is a great way to show your subscribers that you’re knowledgeable and up-to-date on current affairs.

2. How-To Content

Another great type of content to include in your email sequence is how-to content. This type of content arms your subscribers with the knowledge they need to solve a problem or accomplish a task. For example, if you sell health supplements, you might want to include an article in your email sequence about how to lead a healthier lifestyle. How-to content is a great way to show your subscribers that you’re an expert in your field and that you’re here to help them improve their lives.

3. Behind-the-Scenes Content

Finally, another great type of content to include in your email sequence is behind-the-scenes content. This type of content gives your subscribers a sneak peek at what goes on behind the scenes of your business. For example, if you have an online store, you might want to include a video tour of your warehouse in one of your emails. Behind-the-scenes content is a great way to show your subscribers that you’re transparent and that they can trust you.
If you want to engage your email list subscribers, make sure to include some (or all!) of these types of content in your email sequence. Your subscribers will appreciate the effort you put into providing them with valuable, informative content!
